FAQ
How long will it take for my oder to arrive?
I currenly produce the Purrfair in small batches and estimate approximately 6 weeks for delivery. With the help of a few orders I can then scale up production to have more stock on hand.
Do you ship outisde of Australia?
I do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Do I need to assemble it myself?
To reduce shipping costs some minor assembly is required. I've written a very thorough, easy to use set of instuctions. Basically you just need to attach the legs, the groomers arm and the extraction fan. It should take about 40 minutes.
How much does it cost?
Approximately $4,400
What's not included?
I don't include batteries as that can't be shipped. You'll need 2 x AA and 2 x AAA batteries.
You'll also need a screwdriver, allen keys and a hammer. You'll be sent a PDF of the assembly instructions when you order the Purrfair. You can read it off your phone as you assemble the Purrfair and check in advance you have everything you need before the Purrfair arrives
The Purrfair doesn't come with a dryer. For best results we recommend using 2 as one can be connected to the floor drying apparatus.
