Please ensure your cat arrives safely by transporting them in a secure cat carrier. 

​

On the drive if your cat is particularly vocal I always recommend to just be calm and chat with them. Cats are so attuned to our emotions. If we are calm, it helps to calm them too 😊

​

For the benefit of my neighbours I now encourage you to please find parking on the street and walk down the driveway. It also means you don't have to reverse back up the driveway!

On the right hand side of the property you'll see a marked entrance. 

​

Please enter through the side gate and follow the signs around to the rear entrance via the laundry room. This is a 'double door' entrance so we can be sure cats are unable to escape the secure salon.

​

Once you've entered we will have a chat about the groom and if it's your first time with me I'll ask you to stay for at least the first 15 minutes although you're welcome to stay longer, or make use of my waiting room with TV, streaming services, WiFi, phone charges and an office chair and desk should you choose to bring a laptop to do a little work. I have a tea and coffee station too.

Alternatively, you're welcome to drop and go and I will text you when I'm nearly finished. 

​

Most grooming sessions will take between two to two and a half hours to complete.
